Advanced Scuba Diver / Advanced Adventure Diver
An Advanced Scuba Diver (or Advanced Adventure Diver) Class is an excellent way to increase your knowledge and experience, or tune-up your diving skills if you're a little 'rusty'. In this class you will sample 5-6 different specialties, and greatly increase your knowledge and comfort in the water.
Skills Learned
In our one night of class room preparation, you will study the equipment and skills necessary to do the required 5-6 open water dives. Three of these will be:

-
Night
-
Deep
-
Navigation

For the other dives, it will be left up to your instructor and the class to pick some more dives that are of interest. Perhaps you will study U/W Photography, Search & Recovery, Wreck, Multi-Level/Computer diving, or any of a host of other options.
Depending on the class choices for the dives, pool is often not necessary. If however your upcoming dives require additional experience, you can be assured that you will get the opportunity to become comfortable in the pool before proceeding to the Open Water.
This fun and educational course will have you prepared for diving in more diverse conditions than previously, and will give you a taste of several specialty areas you may want to pursue as stand alone courses later (see specialty courses tab for more details).
What's included?
Advanced Open Water Class fee covers an evening pool session, one evening classroom session, and having an instructor with you on your check out dives. The 5-6 check out dives themselves are at an additional cost, which varies depending on location.
If you do not own your own gear, we offer rental of any necessary equipment making this a very affordable and enjoyable way for you to increase your diving experience.
In addition to personal snorkeling gear, all divers must have: Primary Light, Back-up Light, Tank Light, Compass, and Cutting Device.
